They completed a detail inspection and took the time to explain all they did. They also provided great tips to help my system run more efficiently. There was some insulation wear and tear, so they will being replacing it their next visit. I am so pleased that I changed vendor service to Weikles Hometown Heating & Air. Frankly that’s the only reason I’m leaving a 5 star review. 500 percent markup on the part along with a 110 dollar service call fee isn’t exactly a bang up deal. 283$ for a capacitor seems pricey. They totally saw and felt the condition of the unit and what the inside of my house felt like, with it set at 68 heat and felt like 55 on the cool side they inmediately started addressing all the mistakes. They explained on every detail that was causing the problems. Also they explained to me about a uv light which can get better air Flow and remove odors from better air Flow. I will give them a call for return in the future thanks owner david and crew.
