I've used Weikle's Hometown Heating & Air service for various jobs for 2 of my properties - dryer vent duct work, maintenance on heating & air units, problem solving a heating issue, ensured work performed from another company was up to code. Always very responsive, provides detailed work, customer oriented, trustworthy, along with reasonable pricing. I've worked with three employees(one being the owner) with each of these jobs and all have been very personable, courteous, and have provided appropriate recommendations. I highly recommend their service.
SO pleased!! I heard about this company on our neighborhood residence page in which a ton of people recommended them. After getting numerous quotes and speaking to each company, we went with Weikle's for their fair price, knowledge, solution to a problem we had for years that no-one else could figure out how to fix and extended labor warranty. Highly recommend!
Excellent service! David came out and serviced our AC/heating unit today. He is very efficient with his work - very nice! We greatly appreciate him and his company.
The response time was fantastic. I called on a Saturday and within a few hours the technician (David) was there. David was the most thorough technician I have probably experienced. He analyzed the problem and discussed many options with us. He is a great asset to the company and the service they provide to customers.
Moved to the area last year into a home that has mini split units installed. The previous owner had left us information on who she had been using to service the mini splits. After two less than satisfactory appointments with that company, Weikles was recommended by someone else. Called David yesterday (Labor Day) with a problem with one of the units. David came out today and not only addressed the problem, but gave my wife and I an education on using mini split units. He was not in a hurry to move onto the next job, but took the time to explain how to properly operate the units. We will be signing a service contract with David next week. Excellent service and an honest businessman.

My AC stopped working, it wouldn’t blow cold air. The Freon must of leaked out. The unit is a touch over 2 years old. Called the original company that installed it and they wanted to charge over $1000 for repairs. They were only going to provide 60 day warranty.I heard about Weikle’s from coworkers. There were 3 coworkers that used them. I’m super happy that I called them. They got it up and running for a fraction of what the original company wanted to charge. They will return to check for leaks and to see what needs to be done to fix it.Based on the “mom and pop” service that they provided, I trust that they would have honest and fair pricing. Unlike the other company that wanted to nickel and dime for random stuff, like torch fee, vacuum and so onI plan on using Weikle’s for my in laws in the future to check their AC system to ensure that everything is good
We have had issues with our new construction HVAC system for the past 3 years. We tried a few different HVAC companies but either got the answer "that's normal in the South" or that they would need to do an involved investigation of the problem. Finally, we gave Weikle's a call. Our technician (David) walked in to the attic and immediately identified the issue without even touching the unit. After the initial fix was in place, David inspected the entire system and found several other issues that were affecting our AC. He showed me the ones that I could do myself, and then he took care of the rest. We "HIGHLY" recommend Weikle's Hometown Heating & Air and will use them in the future.
David showed up within an hour of my service call. He was very knowledgeable and took care of my issues quickly. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

If you're looking for a top notch honest company with a strong commitment to it's customers than call these guys! They saved us in a dire need when our other box name company that just installed a new unit and duct work couldn't. Not only did they quickly come to our rescue but went above and beyond to tell us other concerns to look into with our installation. That's honesty, that's integrity and that's who I want my service and money going to. I can't say enough good things about our experience, ease of payment online, breakout invoices and fair prices. Called early morning and received a live person with an estimated two hr range. David called with an exact eta. He arrived promptly, assessed the system, provided an estimate and repaired my unit. He also offered suggestions for system efficiency.

From the moment Alyssa booked my appointment, I was impressed by their fast response time, extensive knowledge, and trustworthiness. They earned my business so thoroughly that I even requested a service contract and asked them to check my dehumidifier in the crawl space. My air conditioner is now working perfectly.This service is beyond 5 stars! Look no further if you want the best!

We had an emergency over the weekend and Weikles cane out to help even as a new customer after hours. They were able to add a temporary fix and order us a new part. Two days later it was installed! Very professional, quick, and affordable service. They also helped me understand my system even more than I thought I knew it. I would highly recommend Weikles!
David came after hours because our air was broken in the middle of summer. He came right on time, he was very friendly, he got the problem fixed in no time, and even changed our filter for us! Highly recommended this company!
We highly recommend Weikle’s Hometown Heating & Air. Both our upstairs and downstairs AC units went out at the same time. Just bad luck.David made it out the same day and quickly diagnosed both units.I knew before David came, we were not repairing the downstairs unit, which was installed in 1997. Hard to ask more than 27 years from a system on Oak Island.David quickly repaired the upstairs unit. We scheduled the downstairs replacement a week later. David kept his schedule and communicated extremely well. We did have a minor issue with the new unit. I called David and he was at our place within 30 minutes. Great service after the sale, too!His price was fair. His service was exceptional. On top of that, he is local and a kind human. Much appreciated. Again, highly recommended.
Not only was David able to respond quickly but he actually took his time and explained everything ! Since we purchased our home 5 years ago it has been a struggle to keep it cool . We are beyond grateful for you help ! For the first time in 5 years our home is actually cool 😊
