They totally saw and felt the condition of the unit and what the inside of my house felt like, with it set at 68 heat and felt like 55 on the cool side they inmediately started addressing all the mistakes. They explained on every detail that was causing the problems. Also they explained to me about a uv light which can get better air Flow and remove odors from better air Flow.
