Wiekle's saved us! The A/C went out at night (as it always does), but we were still able to reach a person by phone and get the repair scheduled for first thing in the morning. The technician communicated with us ahead of time, arrived on time, and had the system working in under an hour.

David is amazing. I had a company try to tell me I needed to replace two units for $8K and he came in, found the problem, ordered the part same day, got it fixed just before I had guests arriving and saved me over $6K. Highly recommend if you want an honest HVAC guy. Tough to find on the islands!

Yes, our names sound the same but different spelling. I'm a new customer but I know great service when I see it. Dave Weikle and Nick serviced our AC today. They completed a detail inspection and took the time to explain all they did. They also provided great tips to help my system run more efficiently. There was some insulation wear and tear, so they will being replacing it their next visit. I am so pleased that I changed vendor service to Weikles Hometown Heating & Air. Fair pricing, honest service. Good people.

Nick was awesome. Super knowledgeable and personable. Frankly that’s the only reason I’m leaving a 5 star review. 500 percent markup on the part along with a 110 dollar service call fee isn’t exactly a bang up deal. 283$ for a capacitor seems pricey. Again nick was awesome and he is well deserving of the 5 star review

Regarding the billing, I see your bill covers the diagnosis, the replacement of the capacitor, and the cost for us to come out to your home. The remaining amount was taxes. Our service fees include more than just the part — they also help cover the many expenses involved in keeping our business running, such as vehicle insurance, gas, maintenance, health insurance for our employees, workers’ compensation, general liability, and other necessary costs. Operating a legitimate, insured, and reputable business comes with these expenses.

They got us squeezed in for a non-working a/c unit. NIck not only fixed it, but explained everything in laymen’s terms. Super nice people and affordable price. Honestly, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Prompt and professional! Excellent service provided by the owner David. My thermostat went out and he was there within 30 minutes of my initial call. He got my unit back running and showed me what I could do to prevent it from happening again. Top notch guy! Very satisfied!

I had my old AC replaced with a new. Not only was it affordable, the crew was clean. Literally nothing no clean once they finished. Highly recommend

This place was amazing. I had no AC they came right out the day I called took care of the problem. Dave the service tech was awesome. Definitely an honest great company to deal with. They will be my go to for heating and AC from now on. they’re in Southport, North Carolina

I'm so glad I called Weikle. Nick and Alan arrived well within the time frame given to me. They were professional and personable, and they carefully and quickly determined the issue with my a/c and gave me options. They were professional and knowledgeable. I have not a single complaint! Totally satisfied customer!!! David came out today to complete the work to get our a/c running again. He quickly zeroed in on the issue, repaired the leak, and now we are enjoying our a/c again. Totally satisfied customer!!!

Called around 3:30 pm and they were out by 5. When unit couldn't be repaired, gave 2 window units until new ac can be installed.

They totally saw and felt the condition of the unit and what the inside of my house felt like, with it set at 68 heat and felt like 55 on the cool side they inmediately started addressing all the mistakes. They explained on every detail that was causing the problems. Also they explained to me about a uv light which can get better air Flow and remove odors from better air Flow. I will give them a call for return in the future thanks owner david and crew.

I've used Weikle's Hometown Heating & Air service for various jobs for 2 of my properties - dryer vent duct work, maintenance on heating & air units, problem solving a heating issue, ensured work performed from another company was up to code. Always very responsive, provides detailed work, customer oriented, trustworthy, along with reasonable pricing. I've worked with three employees(one being the owner) with each of these jobs and all have been very personable, courteous, and have provided appropriate recommendations. I highly recommend their service.
