We had a great experience during our first annual maintenance with Weikle's. Our technician, Alexander, was very thorough and, after completing the tune-up, was very honest about recommended repair/improvement options. Couldn't ask for more.

We were having an issue where the house didn’t feel cool and the vents were not blowing much air, called for service and was able to get an appointment for next morning, that’s a plus not having to wait weeks. Alan came out for the service call and was great, very knowledgeable , checked everything and was able to fix the problems. He explained some other options to keep our unit performing but in no way pressured us to purchase anything. We opted to have the UV light put in and had the blower motor and fan cleaned and serviced. He was very friendly and courteous and provided Great service, I will continue to use them from now on. Highly recommend

Final inspection went as planned

I had a HVAC issue late on a Friday evening at my place of busines. I phoned Weikle and they called back shortly and was able to get a repair apt set up for the next morning

The technician came on a Sunday and got things fixed in no time! He was very knowledgeable and personable.

Alan Bennett came out and did an exceptional job. He needed to do a very in depth diagnosis and fix on a Sunday evening. Our AC was blowing hot air in 95 degree heat and he was absolutely up to the challenge of getting our home cooled down, working well passed sunset. He explained everything that needed to be done to find the problem, what was needed to fix it, was so incredibly knowledgeable, and was wonderful educating us on our system. You can tell he truly loves what he does and believes in representing Weikle's Hometown Heating and Air the best he can. We are so happy to have recently signed up for regular maintenance on our home unit, after they did such a wonderful job installing a mini split in our guest home. I cannot recommend them enough! While our cats can handle a little heat, now they are back to their too cool selves. Thank you Weikle's Hometown Heating and Air!

David was our HVAC tech. My husband and I just bought our home this year so naturally we were stressed when our AC was not cooling our home. David did a FANTASTIC job! He was kind, fast, and explained everything to us thoroughly. Not only was the customer service exceptional but this company is reasonably priced and will do everything in their power to help you. During a recent spell with 100+ temps, our AC just wasn't cutting it. When I called to schedule an appointment, they recommended their $99 maintenance fee which includes 2 services yearly. We were expecting it was time for a new unit. Although the repairs would be costly, they still took the time to explain what it would take to get it working properly as well as showing me visual issues. As I had requested during my scheduling phone call, they also provided me an estimate in a very timely manner. Jake, also explained financing options, cash payment discount, as well as energy efficient loans through the electric company. Thank God they had an open come up and the following week, they installed a new unit. All the staff are amazing and respectful. I highly recommend

UPDATE 7/7/26 - They came back today to unclog my AC drain. Fantastic people! I first had them come out to fix my AC last Aug. Just had them come out today because it got hot yesterday and it wasn't working, turning on the first time this year. They fixed it, but advised I need a replacement soon. I appreciate the way they explain everything clearly.
