Excellent service!

Called around 3:30 pm and they were out by 5. When unit couldn't be repaired, gave 2 window units until new ac can be installed.

On time and very thorough, David took the time to explain everything in detail and was very informative..I highly recommend his business for any HVAC issues.

They totally saw and felt the condition of the unit and what the inside of my house felt like, with it set at 68 heat and felt like 55 on the cool side they inmediately started addressing all the mistakes. They explained on every detail that was causing the problems. Also they explained to me about a uv light which can get better air Flow and remove odors from better air Flow. I will give them a call for return in the future thanks owner david and crew.

Yes, our names sound the same but different spelling. I'm a new customer but I know great service when I see it. Dave Weikle and Nick serviced our AC today. They completed a detail inspection and took the time to explain all they did. They also provided great tips to help my system run more efficiently. There was some insulation wear and tear, so they will being replacing it their next visit. I am so pleased that I changed vendor service to Weikles Hometown Heating & Air. Fair pricing, honest service. Good people.

I've used Weikle's Hometown Heating & Air service for various jobs for 2 of my properties - dryer vent duct work, maintenance on heating & air units, problem solving a heating issue, ensured work performed from another company was up to code. Always very responsive, provides detailed work, customer oriented, trustworthy, along with reasonable pricing. I've worked with three employees(one being the owner) with each of these jobs and all have been very personable, courteous, and have provided appropriate recommendations. I highly recommend their service.

SO pleased!! I heard about this company on our neighborhood residence page in which a ton of people recommended them. After getting numerous quotes and speaking to each company, we went with Weikle's for their fair price, knowledge, solution to a problem we had for years that no-one else could figure out how to fix and extended labor warranty. Highly recommend!

The response time was fantastic. I called on a Saturday and within a few hours the technician (David) was there. David was the most thorough technician I have probably experienced. He analyzed the problem and discussed many options with us. He is a great asset to the company and the service they provide to customers.

Moved to the area last year into a home that has mini split units installed. The previous owner had left us information on who she had been using to service the mini splits. After two less than satisfactory appointments with that company, Weikles was recommended by someone else. Called David yesterday (Labor Day) with a problem with one of the units. David came out today and not only addressed the problem, but gave my wife and I an education on using mini split units. He was not in a hurry to move onto the next job, but took the time to explain how to properly operate the units. We will be signing a service contract with David next week. Excellent service and an honest businessman.

My AC stopped working, it wouldn’t blow cold air. The Freon must of leaked out. The unit is a touch over 2 years old. Called the original company that installed it and they wanted to charge over $1000 for repairs. They were only going to provide 60 day warranty.
I heard about Weikle’s from coworkers. There were 3 coworkers that used them. I’m super happy that I called them. They got it up and running for a fraction of what the original company wanted to charge. They will return to check for leaks and to see what needs to be done to fix it.
Based on the “mom and pop” service that they provided, I trust that they would have honest and fair pricing. Unlike the other company that wanted to nickel and dime for random stuff, like torch fee, vacuum and so on
I plan on using Weikle’s for my in laws in the future to check their AC system to ensure that everything is good

We have had issues with our new construction HVAC system for the past 3 years. We tried a few different HVAC companies but either got the answer "that's normal in the South" or that they would need to do an involved investigation of the problem. Finally, we gave Weikle's a call. Our technician (David) walked in to the attic and immediately identified the issue without even touching the unit. After the initial fix was in place, David inspected the entire system and found several other issues that were affecting our AC. He showed me the ones that I could do myself, and then he took care of the rest. We "HIGHLY" recommend Weikle's Hometown Heating & Air and will use them in the future.
